Week 1

Apply, Interview & Select Your Project

After enrollment, a brief interview with Drew Bewick. Propose your own project or choose from available tracks. Sign the THV Internship Agreement.

Weeks 2–3

Plan of Action & Milestones

Develop your project plan with guidance and templates from THV. Define scope, timeline, and research methodology. Begin initial research phase.

Weeks 4–9

Live Research, Client Meetings & Weekly Check-ins

Conduct market assessments, technology reviews, and analysis. Attend virtual meetings with Drew and potentially external client organizations. Submit weekly activity reports.

Weeks 10–12

Final Deliverables & Reflection Report

Present findings, deliver a written reflection report, and receive your THV Completion Certificate and Recommendation Letter — ready for your college applications.

Who can apply for this internship?
This internship is exclusively for GrowMe students aspiring toward Engineering or Business domains. Students in 9th–12th grade are welcome to apply. You must be self-motivated, have solid writing skills, and demonstrate interest in STEM, AI, economics, or business.
Is this internship paid?
The internship itself is unpaid — interns are not THV employees. However, the program fee of $1,499 covers the structured mentoring, project guidance, templates, weekly check-ins, certificate, and recommendation letter.
Can I get class credit for this internship?
THV does not promise class credit. However, students can arrange class credit directly with their school — many schools accept structured internships with documented deliverables. GrowMe can help advise on how to approach this with your school.
How many hours per week is required?
Generally 20 hours per week or less. The schedule can be customized to fit around your school commitments. All work is done remotely — no travel required.
Can I propose my own project?
Yes! Interns are encouraged to propose a project that aligns with their interests — whether that's AI/ML, market research, healthcare, education, energy, or another area. Drew provides guidance and templates to structure your work.
How is payment made?
The $1,499 program fee is paid by Venmo, PayPal, or Check — no later than the end of the first week of the internship. After your interview and selection letter, you'll receive payment instructions.
What happens after I submit the form?
Drew Bewick will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a brief virtual interview. This is your chance to ask questions and discuss your project interests before making a commitment. If selected, you'll receive a THV Internship Selection Letter.
